Now available the beta of version 2 of Lightroom where as Adobe has been taken into account feedback from users. Among other things includes support for two monitors (an unforgivable lack of 1.0) and some techniques may be applied non-destructively. Also improved organizational tools to improve image search, and adds support for 64 bits.

A curious development is the key word suggested. Lightroom 2.0 keep a record of how you apply keywords, so if it is usual to have two boards that usually applied automatically to make one, suggest the other.

The Lightroom 2.0 beta can be downloaded free of charge and is valid for 30 days to unregistered users, or 31 August for existing users of Lightroom.
